HOW ENNEPIESSE WORK
The Verification of ENNEPIESSE consists of 4 steps:
- CHECK OF PROJECT COMPLETENESS: aims to check the existence of all the documents required by DPR 207/2010 for the different project steps and to verify the conformity in terms of correspondence, adequacy, completeness and clearness.
- TECHNICAL CHECK: activity of control (of just one discipline) carried out by each expert in charge of each project documentation in order to establish that the basic entry requirements of the project are defined and technically completed, are right and congruent, and that the project choices are congruent with such basic requirements and in compliance with the existing law.
- MULTIDISCIPLINARY REVIEW: verifies that the interfaces between the mono-disciplinary experts are coordinated and managed. It is of particular importance both in the processing step of Project choices and in the management step of modifications and integrations to the Project.
- FINAL CHECK: the summary of verifications and controls carried out and where possible observations and/or remarks as a consequence of ENNEPIESSE activities. The final result of Verification is presented by means of a Final Report. The Final Report closes the activity of Project Validation carried out by ENNEPIESSE. At the end of this process the RUP (Public Administration Project Manager) can conclude the Project Validation.
