Technical Control activity is developed in the following steps:

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION CHECK

Once the project documentations have been examined ENNEPIESSE draws up the “Initial Report” aimed at communicating to the Client the first opinions about the documentations provided and to ask possibly for integrations and /or clarifications.

ACTIVITY PLANNING

On the basis of the available information and after the examination of Project documentations, ENNEPIESSE carries out a risk analysis aimed at identifying works, parts of works and workings that need greater control (also with reference to the specific characteristics of the insurance policy).
A “Control Plan” is then drawn up that will allow the planning of Building site visits in accordance to the updated Works Plan.

BUILDING SITE AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS

Technical control on the building site is carried out through on-site inspections during the Works realization. These visits are recorded in an “Inspection Report”  and have the following aims:

• to verify the conformity of materials and products to the technical specifications.
  
  
• to verify the conformity of Works execution to the Project and Code of Practice.
  
  
• to highlight possible risks coming from an incorrect Works performance that could be the cause of deterioration, defects, reduced usage and so on.
  
  
• to express a general final assessment about the Works conformity by drawing up the “Final Report of Technical Control”.
