Among the different aims of the technical control the following points can be found:

• The identification and  highlighting of possible risks coming from Project choices, providing a technical aid during the Works performance.
  
  
• The Verification of product and material conformity used in the realization of constructions in order to guarantee full respect for the technical specifications of the Project.
  
  
• The Verification of good Works performance and Construction realization, by identifying and highlighting possible problems and/or non-conformity that can affect the correct and full realization, the use and duration of the Building.
  
  
• The Verification of final conformity of the Work and the requirements satisfaction specified in the Contract documentation, in the Tender Specifications and in the Project.
